Usage Instructions
Pre-heat grill or pan to medium-high to high heat and cook for 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Edge and interior of patty may be still red or pink when fully cooked. Fully cooked when internal temperature is 75°c.
Storage Instructions
If purchased frozen, thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Consume within 10 days of thawing. If thawed for your convenience, store in a refrigerator. Please see date code sticker for best before date. Do not re-freeze.
